I have the honour to inform you that on 5th

November, 1928, Inland Lot No.2845, shown coloured red on

plan "A" attached, was sold by public auction to Messrs.

Tsang Fook and Company.

were the following:-

Amongst the Special Conditions

(2) The whole of the areas coloured red and green

on sale plan shall be formed by the purchaser

at his own expense to such levels as the Director

of Public Works may approve within 12 months from

the day of sale. The area coloured green shall

be handed over to Government free of cost on

completion.

(3) In the event of Government at any time altering

the alignment of the existing Shaukiwan Road to

the alignment of the proposed 100' road as shown

on plan the purchaser shall take up the area

shown cross-hatched red on plan as an extension

to the lot within three months from the date of

a letter from the Director of Public Works calling

upon him to do so. The premium and Crown Rent for

the extension shall be calculated at the rate at
